- Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping on all items is free to all UK postcodes. Packages will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class (unless 1st class shipping is requested) and standard handling time is 1-2 days, meaning that we aim to dispatch all orders next day, or in the worst case scenario, the following day. If there will be an unreasonable delay with your order you will be notified and offered a full refund. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery with all delivery methods (unfortunately that's the Royal Mail making the rules, not us).

- Privacy & Security
- Personal data submitted on this site will be used for purposes of order fulfilment only and will not be shared with third parties. In the case of newsletter subscriptions, email addresses will be used for purposes of email updates from ConsoleBUZZ only and will not be shared with third parties. All personal information held on file by ConsoleBUZZ will be handled according to the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Credit Card information is handled by the PayPal payment gateway and is not held on file by ConsoleBUZZ. PayPal is one of the world's biggest payment handling companies and meets or exceeds all current credit card security legal requirements.
- Returns & Replacements
- In the first instance, please contact us on sales@consolebuzz.co.uk within 28 days of receipt if you are dissatisfied with your prduct, or if it is faulty. In the case of faulty products, customers will be offered full refund or like-for-like replacement. In the case of unwanted or mis-ordered products, the customer will be liable for return postage charges and the product must be retured in saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a small administration fee in this instance.
- Ordering
- Please note that we do not currently provide a phone or mail order service. ConsoleBUZZ offer an online order tracking system and email notifications to keep customers updated on the status of their orders. ConsoleBUZZ reserve the right to cancel orders at their discretion at any time, and will notify customers if this is necessary.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit cards and payment from a PayPal account. Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept payments by other methods, including cheque or cash. All pricing is correct at time of customer visit and refunds can not be offered for pricing changes after an order is placed. Pricing promotions and special offers are subject to their own terms and conditions which will be indicated at the time. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers and coupons are non-transferrable between customers and for one-time use only.
- Viewing Orders
- Customers will be offered the option to create an account at time of purchase. Registered customers can check the status of their orders as well as viewing their order history. To check the status of your current orders, please use the "My Account" link above.
- Updating Account Information
- Please use the "My Account" link above to keep your account information and contact details up to date. ConsoleBUZZ can not be held liable for lost or missing orders if a customer's address details have been entered incorrectly.
